Once we’ve received your initial message, whether over phone, email, text, or social media, we begin initial discussion into the overall goal and scope of your project.

Once we have completed our initial discovery, we will meet on site to gain further details into the complexities behind your project. This is where consultancy transitions into Project Management.
Project Management

Depending on the scope/type of project, permits will be required. The application process can be handled by us 100%. With a dedicated office staff, and a plethora of business partners, we can gather all the necessary information for your permits

If you are in need of plans you are in luck! We work with a number of architectural firms and designers that can bring your project to paper, so we can bring it to life!

We are, of course, a contracting company. We ensure all legal and safety provisions are met and outlined within our own contracts, as well as those with our sub-contractors, and suppliers.

CMCS ensures that each phase of construction will merge seamlessly together, scheduling sub-contractors and suppliers appropriately.
